Using such pre-engineered buildings reduces the cost and start-to-finish time of a project and we have developed successful partnerships with the producers of such buildings. Our track record gives them total confidence in Henderson Campbell's ability to ensure that the site is completely ready by the time the modular structures arrive on site.

Our high standard of staff training, excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines and work within strict budget controls resulted, in 2005, in Henderson Campbell being awarded a Home Office Project Partnering Contract (PPC) - a framework agreement making us a preferred bidder for contracts in prisons and immigration centres for the next ten years.

We have, over the years, also worked on Police and Prison buildings, Detention and Custodial Centres and Defence projects for both the Ministry of Justice (Home Office) and the M.O.D.
