Quality Assurance
Henderson Campbell is accredited with ISO 9001, operating a Quality Management System that covers all aspects of company activity. This section of the business is under the specific management of the Managing Director, guaranteeing the focus on Quality Assurance stays high on the Company Agenda.
All employees are responsible for compliance with the System and the maintenance of records. Department heads and Site Managers are to ensure that policies are being implemented, as documented, within their area of responsibility. The System will be externally audited, by National Quality Assurance, on an annual basis. Internal Audits, supplier and procedures reviews, and training are regularly undertaken
