A company is only as good as its personnel. It is therefore very important to us that this workforce represents the true values of Henderson Campbell.
That's why we have a policy of employing our own workforce as opposed to sub-contractors. All our employees also undertake relevant CITB NVQ accredited training.
This also makes the chain of command shorter and allows greater flexibility should there be a late change of plan or contract details, thus further improving the service we offer.
A client's daily contact is not with Head Office staff but with our on-site workforce.
With this in mind, our employees are continually assessed, evaluated and trained for their relevant positions. This continual development breeds confidence and knowledge at every level of the company.
And we must be doing something right as staff turnover is low, resulting in a high percentage of long-serving employees.
A happy workforce is beneficial to us and, just as importantly, to our clients.
